Britton and Bella were great tour guides, and I had a blast during my first zip lining experience. I was a solo traveler and got really lucky with a great group of families on my tour that were super friendly and fun. I would definitely do this tour again if I ever return to Kauai.

We had a great time on the zip line with Britain and Eden who were so fun and made the experience much more enjoyable with their bright energy and jokes!

The actual two staff members that were our guides rocked. They were great. The company not so much. They changed times without notification to us, the check in person was so rude it gave the entire experience a bad feeling. She yelled at us for being late and when I showed her the reservation car she sent for a different time she then blamed us for being "dumb tourists". I don't think her comment was for us but I heard it mumbled to her fellow staff. Not a great adventure for the money. They also don't provide any photos of the experience.

Aloha petersC3085WY, I regret you had a challenging check-in, after looking into this situation i have discovered a couple of issues that contributed to the mix-up. A) yes we did have to alter our tours due to staffing (this happens). B) We did however, send you 3 “delivered” text messages and 2 emails (which were never opened) to the number and email you provided. C) when we called the phone number you provided, your voicemail was full. And D)I don’t know what to say about what you think you heard mumbled, but i truly have one of the nicest and sweetest customer service teams available and i stand behind them 100% i will be chalking this one up to a misunderstanding. That being said, i have already discussed what you have said with our staff and are currently trying to find a process that ensures all of our guests give us correct contact information and be sure they empty their voicemails in a timely manner.
