Overview

Swimming with magical giants as they dance and float right in front of your eyes is a truly magical Kona experience!

Our night manta ray snorkel tours begin departing at 6 p.m. and run until 10 p.m. and last about an hour.

Important note:
-Participants must be experienced swimmers and in good health in order to participate.
-Must have basic snorkeling experience.
-Weight Policy: Anyone 260 and over (not to exceed 320) is required to purchase an additional seat.

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
All participants must be experienced swimmers and have snorkel experience. Children must be 5 and over to board the boat. Due to the type of boat we operate (RHIB) we are unable to allow service animals on board.
25-30 minutes of water time
50 minutes includes travel by boat time as well

The entire My Kona Adventure team were amazing. Finding the location was explained to make it very easy. Check in went smooth and friendly. Directions regarding the boat boarding and ride 👍🏻. Our water guide gave us so much info regarding the mantas and was a perfect guide. We had an amazing, beautiful man to come to feed right near us repeatedly. She did beautiful flips so close! I would say that some of her passes she was within a foot of me. I am definitely planning to do this again when I have the opportunity to visit Kona and if you put it on your list of things to do you will not be disappointed.

Had a great time on our My Kona Adventures manta ray night snorkle. Booking was very easy, Olivia was very informative and so nice. When we arrived we were greeted by a very personable girl, she was great, I just wished I got her name! She was from Chico, CA, I believe. She told us so many interesting facts about the rays. The captain and the guy on the dive were also super informative and funny, well they may need some new jokes, haha. This is a very easy adventure, almost anyone can participate. Just wish we had seen some of the mature rays.....I highly recommend My Kona Adventures.

Small intimate group of 6. Kea kept us entertained at the boat slip while waited for our tour. She pointed out fish and even caught a crab for us. John and Angie were great. I do not how to swim and struggled a bit but Angie was very patient and compassionate with me. We were very lucky tonight, we were the only boat out in the water and were entertained by a group of 7-8 Manta Rays. The tour was surreal. my son Tyler must have screamed out OMG at least a dozen times. We definitely do again the next time we're on the Big Island. A++++++
