We have spent time in Kona over the years, but we really enjoyed the tour as Chris and Keli introduced us to some new restraurants, plus a history lesson on Kona. Just wish we had done the tour at the beginning of our visit so we could have enjoyed full meals at a couple of the stops. In any event, we did make it back for poke at one stop and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Went on the tour today and it was AWESOME!!! I’ve been on several food tours and this was one of the best. The hosts were great and the choices of stops were terrific. There was enough time to enjoy everything without feeling rushed and it wasn’t so long at each stop that it got boring. Walking really lets you get to know your tour-mates too, which is nice. I love that they mixed in drinks along the way with food tastings (and the food portions were very nice). The history and fun facts were awesome too. HIGHLY recommend. Also, I had some issues with the booking (that were 100% my fault) and they were just so extra cool about it and accommodating. Don’t miss this if you’re on the big island.

Keli and Kris were amazing hosts! If you like history Kris is more than happy to geek out with you. The sights were beautiful and the food and cocktails were delicious. We really enjoyed the company of the other guests as well. It was great to get to know different people from different places (and we are by means means extroverts) Do yourself a favor and book this as the first thing you do.
