PLEASE BE IN THE KAYAK SHOP 1 HOUR BEFORE TOUR START TIME, Allow time for parking and gear set up
Expect to get wet, please wear appropriate clothes such as a bathing suit and shoes that can get wet (tennis shoes, 'river shoes' or flip flops)
Hats, sun screen and towels are strongly advised
Please do not bring valuables and things that cannot get wet
There is a weight limit of 250 pounds per single kayak and 450 pounds per double kayak
For safety reasons, the tour operator does not guarantee going into the caves on tours. Entrance to caves is based on ocean conditions, safety, and participants ability as determined by guide.
Minimum age is 6 years for a double kayak and 16 years for a single kayak
All participants must be able to swim
Social distancing enforced throughout experience
Regularly sanitised high-traffic areas
Gear/equipment sanitised between use
Guides required to regularly wash hands

Our family took the Sea Caves Kayak Tour with Ryan (including an 11 and 15 year old). They loved it!! It was overcast but Ryan still made it really fun. He gave us tons of interesting information. He was really helpful with everyone on how to manage the kayaks. We are still waiting for the hot dog party at the sand house! Send it! Highly recommend this group!

Our trip to the caves with La Jolla Kayak was awesome. The scenery was great and the ocean nature preserve was spectacular. But what made this trip most memorable was our guides from La Jolla Kayak. They were very knowledgeable and made the paddling tour lots of fun. And when they heard we were from out of town, they personally (and without asking) put together a list of restaurants and other things we should do while in the San Diego area. This was the highlight of our trip and we will absolutely be back.
