Lahaina Kayak and Snorkel Excursion

Overview

This west Maui eco adventure starts in the calm waters just south of Lahaina Town. Paddle along calm and shallow waters beneath the towering West Maui Mountains. Snorkel beautiful coral reefs and view tropical reef fish. Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles are regular sightings. Occasionally encounter the elusive Monk Seal, Spinner Dolphins, and Eagle Rays. This is an excellent spot for whale watching when in season (Jan-Mar). Tour is located conveniently at our store at 505 Front Street in downtown Lahaina.

We came here 3 years ago renting kayaks and this week have rented kayaks twice and a paddle board. Extremely friendly service and very helpful team. Very reasonable prices. Will come back for sure. This is our go to place for kayak rentals

Very poor experience. I booked the kayaking and snorkeling trip for my teenage daughter and myself, and it turned out to be a complete disappointment. Our guide, Armadillo, took us in the shallow waters where we barely saw a few turtles and a couple of fish. The guide did not explain anything about the environment or the biology of the marine life in the area. Even kayaking was disappointing because the waters were shallow, full of coral and rocks. Instead of having fun in the waves, everyone kept getting stuck on the rocks. This company needs to train their guides better to ensure consistency of experiences for their guests, as I understand from other reviews that their other guide, Mark provides a completely different experience, taking his guests in the deeper waters where they can have an awesome kayaking and snorkeling experience.
