We have kayaked multiple times. We booked toys through a third party and there was very little communication with the actual shop. When I called to clarify where exactly they were located there was more confusion. The name of the business is not listed in the booking at all. When you arrive there are no restrooms available as most of the businesses are closed in this shopping center. There are a few restaurants with large signs No Public bathrooms. Once we got out on the water. We saw a few turtles. The guide led us out the channel then we just hung out off shore. He knew. Very little as far as plant, animal life, interesting facts about where we were. He did make a point to let us know the bill of his income comes from tips. He also helped some girls in our group that had never kayaked and couldn’t figure it out. Lahaina is a beautiful place. I think I would just use a different company.

Ryan was nice and fun and did a good job of instructing while making the experience feel safe. Perfect for first time ocean kayakers.

My husband is afraid of adventure and I am a adventure nut! We saw turtles in the wild. The guide made my husband feel safe. We had a blast!!
