Tim was amazing! As an experienced kayaker who’s kayaked in places like Alaska and New Zealand all booked on Viator this experience was different. Upon arriving we found out it was kayaking AND snorkeling and longer than advertised. We weren’t prepared to snorkel nor had we planned on being out longer than the two hours. Most people would find another activity and a longer excursion a plus but when you don’t wear a the right to attire or apply sunscreen everywhere…. it kinda isn’t a plus. We saw nothing while kayaking but that’s not their fault. Snorkeling was good but as stated we weren’t prepared so two of ended up with a sunburn. Another couple in the group also weren’t prepared and said they wouldn’t have booked. Leaving shoes, wallet keys at their shop in a unlocked cabinet was a but unusual and concerning. The sand walking down and up from the beach was lava hot so I’d strongly recommend a pair of water shoes. Overall, Tim and the crew at the shop were amazing and very personable. But I wouldn’t have booked

We just love the calm and quiet of being on the ocean. Marc was an awesome tour guide. He shared a lot of information and was a lot of fun. We scheduled at the end of the whale watch but did get to see some dolphins and turtles.

Great Trip. Awesome guide. Two hours of fun with knowledgeable guide. Got to see turtles, seals, and some flying fish. Must do activity!!
