Check-in was easy. They had water and snacks available before going. Our guide Ryan was knowledgable and answered any questions we had. We kayaked at an easy pace for almost anyone, 2 hours went by fast! We could have been out there much longer, but we are experienced kayakers so no fatigue from ocean paddling. Only down side was the freshwater rinse wasn't working after getting out of the ocean, but not their fault. They did have an area to rinse your feet after dropping the gear at their location though. Overall a good experience, I would recommend.
