Great experience! Very cool to be on the ocean in a kayak! Benji was an awesome guide! We saw turtles and a monk seal! Would do it again in a heartbeat!

We selected an 11 o’clock slot. At 10:43, we received a phone call after arriving to the location stating that there has been a “change in circumstances“ and we are no longer able to kayak. We were also told that there are no more time slots available for the day and cannot reschedule. The person I spoke to on the phone refused to say what “change of circumstances” meant. We got a taxi to be able to get there in time and wasted $40 to drive to the middle of nowhere for this experience which we never received. Waste of time, waste of money. Since we were on site, we went to the water and did see people who were kayaking go out for 11 o’clock. I’m not sure if it was the same company we booked with. There is nothing to do around there, so we had to Uber back to our hotel within 15 minutes. Due to the lack of professionalism and poor timing, I would not recommend this experience.

My wife and I had a great time. With our busy lives back home , it was good to share this experience with her . What a beautiful place Maui is!!
