I went to Lake Tahoe with my boyfriend and he arranged this photography tour with Keith Price of Tahoe Photographic Tours. It was spectacular on its own accord, but with Keith's help, I finished the trip with my fiance! We later found out it was Keith's first arranged proposal on the tour. Keith spent time in the days leading up to the tour arranging every little detail with Jeremy to make the proposal perfect. Keith had even gone out to the spot he thought would be perfect and carved out a trail in the snow for us to walk down. Keith picked us up right on time and we joined Pat, another photographer, along with Karen and Cary, another couple celebrating their 30th anniversary. We visited places on private property on Fallen Leaf Lake that I could only have dreamt about. It was amazing. We Emerald Bay at a spot most people would skip right past and were overlooking the lake when Keith handed me an envelope and slowly walked away. Next thing I knew, Jeremy was on his knee and I soon had a fiance. It was beautiful. Keith was very knowledgeable about the local culture, architecture and history. The small, private tours allow for plenty of time to ask questions, and for plenty of time to make it unique to each individual or couple. He even brought along snacks and snow boots for those of us who thought more about the pictures than the hiking we'd have to do to reach some of the beautiful scenery. The best part is that following your memorable day, you get a CD which contains all of the photographs taken that day, plus many others of wildlife Keith took in Wyoming, Tahoe and Alaska. Often times, photos don't do a place justice. That is certainly not the case with Keith's photos. Thank you, Keith, for making our engagement such a spectacular memory!
