Great learning experience!!! Charlie, our guide, was very knowledgeable!!! It was an enjoyable two hours walking tour.

The whispering arch . Susan the tour guide was just wonderful . Was great. The rain was a bit annoying zither team was great . Liked the library

Guide Richard was very knowledgeable, but he sometimes had trouble remembering info and sometimes repeated himself. He relied heavily on his cane and occasionally lost his balance. He obviously loves what he does, but I think he should consider contributing in a different way.
