Las Vegas Big Dune Free Roam Adventure at Amargosa - ATV, UTV, or BUGGY

Overview
The Amargosa dunes are so steep and so tall that you're not likely to get to the top of many of the larger ones, but we know you'll have fun trying. These are the tallest free-standing dunes in North America! One of the best parts is the huge 'bowls' formed between the large dunes. You zip towards the bottom only to race back up the other side, then turn around and repeat. This is a supervised free-roaming off-road adventure tour:

1. We'll show you around the area so you know where on the dunes is OK to play

2. We'll provide education about the protected Big Dunes Beetle to be sure you know where the no-go zones are.

3. Guides will show you how to drive the buggies and navigate over the sand razorbacks and how to avoid getting stuck in the deep soft sand

4. Then you're free to explore all on your own while our staff stays on-site to assist as needed and to make sure you're having a safe adventure.

Amargosa Valley
Drive an ATV, a UTV Buggy, or a Dune Buggy and explore the tallest dunes in North America. This spot is about 90 minutes north of town, and you'll get 4 hours to play in the sand. Aptly named, at the Amargosa Big Dunes the Sand Dunes exceed 500 feet in height and are absolutely breathtaking in their immensity. The site sits right near the middle of nowhere! (Amargosa is actually near Area 51, those driving too far to the east will encounter armed security personnel) You'll have 4 hours to EXPLORE the BIG SAND DUNES with SunBuggy Support staff on hand to show you around this sandy playground ensuring that you have a great time and know where environmentally sensitive no-go areas are!! We will have snacks on hand, feed you lunch, and of course, keep you hydrated with plenty of complimentary ice-cold bottled water. This is an all-inclusive VIP Off-road adventure with premium equipment, the best support staff in the business! If you have the means to go big, go big dunes!

Emmett was a great driver and host. He took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Shout out for the snacks! Elijah, the tour guide for the dune buggies was awesome! He took us up some major hills that was pure adrenaline. Would highly recommend this place!!

We had so much fun ridding dune buggies out in the Nevada desert! They picked us up from our hotel on the strip (Paris), and took us out to the site. We were fitted with helmets and goggles. We got to watch the instruction video on the shuttle out to the desert location, where the dune buggies were waiting with our guide. I wish they had a dune buggy that was built for someone my size (I'm a 5'3" tall female), but they were able to give me some cushions to help me reach the pedals and the starter switch. Riding around the dunes was very fun and I appreciated that they didn't baby us, we went fast but the guide did slow down when he saw I was not keeping up and sped up when he saw I was getting close. Also, Harry is my personal hero. He found my wallet after it fell from a pocket during the ride. He got it to me before I even had time to panic about it being gone. He saved my entire vacation because without my wallet I would have been up a creek without a paddle. Everyone was very friendly and it was a very pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend.

These dune buggies are not meant for the tall sand desert dunes. Terrible service and customer service. We paid over $4k for a trip for them to show up late, bring broken buggies and run out of gas. Been trying to get ahold of customer service for almost a month and they are always 'unavailable'.
