If you select one of the dinner options, you will need to make your own way to the restaurant. Transport will be provided from the restaurant to the heliport and back to your hotel
If you select one of the dinner options, the reservation time for your dinner is 6pm. You can then choose your flight time at the time of booking

We booked this on our last night in Vegas. They picked us up at 11 30pm only to take us 20 minutes off the strip and tell us it was cancelled and they needed to drop us back off at the hotel. We missed the bellagio water show as we rushed to get to the taxi on time and it ruined our night

SHOCKING from start to finish! Do not bother with VIP transport unless you want to walk miles from your hotel and get picked up by the side of the road in a dodgy bus shelter. If you are put in seats 5 & 6 of the helicopter then expect to see nothing but the other peoples head and the pilots chair. Money grabbers thats all I can say about this company. Heres our experience which cost us just over $200. We had paid to be collected from our hotel of Caesars Palace. With a day before our experience we hadn't heard from the company so contacted them and it was arranged to they could only pick us up from the Flamingo hotel. Annoyed but not the end of the world as its only over the road (still about a 20 min walk in total by the time you walk through the hotel to the entrance/pick up) as we waited we received a phone call, we now had to go even further to a bus stop on the side of the road. Very uncomfortable and away from both hotels, which by now we had been walking around/waiting for 40 minutes. Annoyed as we would have just got a taxi to the venue. Also when they advertise this as a VIP transport it is a large mini bus with music nothing special would not recommend. Lovely friendly drives thats the only good thing! We checked in and had our helicopter safety briefing and told our seat numbers (5&6) as we got up in the air we noticed the lights of the strip through everyones heads and to our right we had the view of the neighbourhoods and street lamps. we tried to see the strip as much as possible but it was ridiculous trying to weave between the heads of the couple on the left and the helicopters chair in front. We could see the other two couples smiling, getting amazing photos and seeing the strip. we thought ok maybe we will see the view we have PAID to see on the way back. the helicopter turned. NOPE!! The same view for seats 5&6 of the street lamps again. We laughed at how terrible the experience was for us and felt robbed of our money. I highly recommend when it comes to booking 5 star booking team you need to think ahead and state the seats 5&6 come with restricted view. I know its down to weight but you cant keep tricking people for money like this (i have seen a few other reviews the same) we complained at the desk after and they said we can wait with no guarantee to get on another helicopter. we declined with no guarantee and got back in our VIP (laughable) transport back to the side of the road to then start the walk back to our hotel. I complained privately to Viator, which they stated 5 star declined to offer us a refund with Viator giving us 10% back (£20!!)

Thank you for your feedback. Transportation in Las Vegas is always an issue with the never ending construction and road repairs. The best location for pick up and the easiest was where we directed you. The Las Vegas Strip helicopter flights are flown on an FAA approved ATC (Air Traffic Controlled) flight route that takes into consideration Harry Reid International Airport air traffic and passenger welfare & safety safety. Our Airbus helicopters are configured with stadium seating for maximum forward facing panoramic views. Seat assignment in the helicopter is based on weight & balance. Private photo flights are available should you request specific seating.

The beginning of the experience started off a little rough as the restaurant part of the tour (bonefish) made things a little hard to enjoy. Our pickup time from the restaurant was 730 pm and we were not served food until 720 pm, so we had to eat our food very fast. After this experience, it began to look up. Driver was very professional, cordial, and understanding of our slight tardiness. We arrived at 5 star and were greeted with friendly staff who treated us to a very welcome glass of champagne (or 2) and from there, it only got better. 5 star staff made the night for us. Very friendly, fun and hospitable. We got our safety briefing and lined up to get on the chopper! Once in the helo, our pilot and the other part of the group onboard had us enjoying our night and turning it into one of the best experiences ever. I'm not knocking the 5 star experience at all. The rating does not reflect the flight experience. Just the restaurant portion.
