If you select one of the dinner options, you will need to make your own way to the restaurant. Transport will be provided from the restaurant to the heliport and back to your hotel
If you select one of the dinner options, the reservation time for your dinner is 6pm. You can then choose your flight time at the time of booking
Please note that the maximum weight limit for any single passenger is 375 pounds / 170 Kilos. Passengers over this weight will regrettably not be able to fly.

Unprofessional and rude. One of the passengers in the party was having stomach issues from a medical procedure a few months prior decided not to go with the other three in the group. My daughter was scolded in the terminal and embarrassed in the terminal for not going. Basically yelled at in front of other customers. The other three that went had gone before and said that the helicopter pilot was rude, didn’t share the sightseeing or even talk to them during the flight. Said all they did was go in the helicopter, sit go for a ride and dropped them back off at the terminal. Worst 21st birthday present to my daughter. I feel horrible. The driver who picked them up from the restaurant was rude to them as well. There is NO VIP SERVICE that is mentioned in the sale. Don’t go on this. It is a waste of money.

Thank you for your feedback again. As discussed in the prior survey after discussion with the Ground Operations Team at our Heliport, we established that your Daughter decided to off load from the helicopter flight at the time of checkin, stating that she suffered from motion sickness. The Checkin Agent after offering beverages to aide in her discomfort advised that no refund would be extended for this single seat, as the aircraft flew with an empty seat. Viator was updated regarding the circumstances
