If you select one of the dinner options, you will need to make your own way to the restaurant. Transport will be provided from the restaurant to the heliport and back to your hotel

Flight was nice. But the customer service sucks I had a Reservation they put me to the end. Put people that had got married n didn’t have reservations in front of the people who did have reservation. Bad customer service.

Jeremy, Thank you for your feedback. Seating is selected by weight and balance for the safe operation of the helicopter. Airbus helicopters have been specifically selected for sightseeing tours based on this seat configuration. In order to sit in the front, you must be under a combined weight of 360 LBS. This was not an option in your case as your combined weight was over 446 Lbs. Additionally, as a courtesy we waived the required purchase of a comfort seat. We appreciate your business and feedback.

We arrived there @7:45pm, we were scheduled 9:15 helicopter ride. They mess up the schedule. After sitting there for over 2 hours I was very disappointed. We decided to leave @9:45 still wasn’t called. We were looking forward for this attraction.

At the time you checked in, we had balance issues due to your weights being over a combined weight of 430 Lbs. In order for you to enjoy the experience, we strive to find a mix of assorted weights to allow for comfort seating. You arrived at 8:06 and were scheduled and manifested to fly at 9:13. At that time you elected not to fly. We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We also refunded the flight portion of your excursion package.

Very great experience! Everyone was very professional and informative. The team made sure that safety were followed and that everyone had a great time. We were able to get great pics and videos of the Vegas strip.
