If you select one of the dinner options, you will need to make your own way to the restaurant. Transport will be provided from the restaurant to the heliport and back to your hotel
If you select one of the dinner options, the reservation time for your dinner is 6pm. You can then choose your flight time at the time of booking
Please note that the maximum weight limit for any single passenger is 375 pounds / 170 Kilos. Passengers over this weight will regrettably not be able to fly.

Accidentally booked the wrong date for a flight to celebrate my husband's birthday when we arrive next weekend. Booked yesterday by mistake & they refuse to work with us/reschedule for next weekend. Took our money and said basically "Too bad". Not exactly great customer service.

Thank you for your feedback. We reviewed your helicopter tour booking which was scheduled to depart at 8.30pm on Sunday 04th December. Our Check-in Staff made notes in your booking that you did not show for your 8.30pm flight time. On Monday 05th December, you called our Reservations Department stating that you had totally forgot the helicopter tour and you needed to reschedule. Our company policy stated that no refund will be provided in the event you fail to arrive for your scheduled helicopter flight. Our Reservations Manager extended two standby seats in the future, which you stated you would go elsewhere. Please reach back out to our Reservation Manager at 702-565-7827.
