1. We arrived at the meeting point at 20:30 and left at 21:00. So the whole experience took 30 minutes total(check in, safety instructors speech, and the flight itself). 2. At checkin desk they charged us additional 5$ per person over the amount which I had paid through Viator. 2. Flight itself took around 5 minutes, which is a bit less than I expected. But the overall experience was not bad. At least we observed great views from above.

We recommend that all passengers read Viator's important information regarding the tour they have booked. After review of the flight manifest and log, we see the actual flightb time was 10 minutes which is also on the Viator information voucher. The tour and time is so short and price is so high it’s not good , but I recommended the time is increase more like 30 minutes
