If you select one of the dinner options, you will need to make your own way to the restaurant. Transport will be provided from the restaurant to the heliport and back to your hotel
If you select one of the dinner options, the reservation time for your dinner is 6pm. You can then choose your flight time at the time of booking

None. The front counter is rude. The pilot rushed the flight. The widows are small on the helicopter and can barely see out of them. Would NOT RECOMMEND.

Justin, thank you for your feedback. I recall you were upset that we did not offer free beverages or alcohol. Due to any inconvenience, we waived the charge for the required block seat due to your guest weight over 275 Lbs. Additionally we made your flight private. We apologize for not being able to provide alcohol, or compensate you as you had requested. This was previously a complementary service that we no longer offer or advertise.

First of all the print is not specific to what the experience is like. I feel I was fooled and it was falsed advertisement. I chose to eat at Pampa’s and the reservation was not to be found so we had to be rejected initially from the restaurant. They had to call the 5 Star Helicopter Tours to make it happen, what an embarassment. While I was waiting for 50 minutes after our 6pm reservation, I receive a text message about getting picked up at 7pm even them knowing that our dinner reservation was at 6pm. Apparently they made ANOTHER mistake. Then after waiting so long to get in and rushing to eat, the bill was up to pay 18% of the bill from the actual amount that is dinner which is over $150.00. This is not specified on the print of the add in the offer. After we rushed to eat we did not know Las Vegas so the text with the meeting point was inaccurate and impossible to understand. All this not even digesting the food, running, stressing and with no time, the meet up was at 7:45pm. The vehicle was a transit van that made 4 other stops to pick up other people at hotels. This is not a private ride be AWARE. The driver was rude and very bad making stops at the red light and doing turns. I felt my life was in jeopardy how these people drived. When we arrived at the 5 star Helicopter Tours place the lady Brenda ask us about dinner and apparently she did not liked my answer and me of course since she placed me on the 6th spot on a line for the ride and that is specifically when you see nothing of the promoted view on the add. She also called us last even that we arrived earlier than other people, making an excuse that they have to balance weight. I was soo dissapointed from the experience, the part of the right back side from the pilot you see NOTHING but normal buildings that you see when you lift off or land from an airplane flight. It was horrible. I completely disliked that we were not even offered the $25 picture from the experience by Brenda. She was completely unprofessional and treated one like this was for free. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this experience. Find another company and save yourself from dissapointment.

Thank you for your feedback. It seems that the original reservation made with Viator did not process with 5 Star. This is what caused all the confusion. As for our staff, an error was made when the photo opportunity was overlooked and we quickly corrected it and apologized and sold you a photo. For the safety of the pilot and passengers, seat assignments are based on actual passenger body weights. In the interests of safety and the performance of the helicopter, the front seats have a maximum combined weight capacity based on center of gravity. If you want to be guaranteed seats 1, 2 or 3, then we recommend that you book a private Las Vegas Strip helicopter flight . Our apology for any inconvenience this oversight may have caused you.
