If you select one of the dinner options, you will need to make your own way to the restaurant. Transport will be provided from the restaurant to the heliport and back to your hotel

I am purely writing a review for the fact that Viator are a horrific company. I spent a fortune with them for this trip and the Grand canyon trip only for them to mess everything up on the most expensive excursion (grand canyon one). I would highly recommend this experience, but DO NOT book with Viator as you cant guarantee you will be picked up, you cant guarantee any thing will happen on time, and you definitely cannot guarantee good customer service. Honestly one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with.

My husband, who is 6’1” and not overweight was in the middle of the back seat on our flight the night of 10/13/22. The front seat was pushed all the way back and he was squeezed in so tight his knees were completely smashed against the front seat and his feet unable to reach the floor. We tried to explain the situation to the lady loading our “bird” and she had absolutely no listening skills nor did she even try to help us out. She was rude and was in a hurry. He could barely even get out of the tight quarters at the. Even the pilot asked before we took off if the front seat could be moved forward but it was not. It was not a safe situation nor a comfortable one. Having said that, the staff briefer and the pilot and the ride were awesome. We had our grandson with us and he fortunately rode in the front and was able to see all the lights on the strip. Had we not had him I would have stayed to talk to management. I think overall the ride was worth it but am still very upset that the staff person loading us didn’t even try to resolve the problem.

Sarah, Thank you for your feedback. Helicopters are seated by weight and balance. We also take into account height if needed. Your husband was seated at the window, seat 3 behind your grandson. This seat had the most leg room while also allowing your grandson the seat in front. Our apology for our staff's negligence to offer suggestions at the time of loading. It is difficult to hear or make changes during loading since the helicopters are running and noise would prohibit hearing as well as cause safety concerns during operations. We appreciate your feedback and value you as a customer.
