If you select one of the dinner options, you will need to make your own way to the restaurant. Transport will be provided from the restaurant to the heliport and back to your hotel

Our driver was 30 minutes late… I’m sure if that was us being 30 minutes late, they would’ve left us. Once we got to the place we had to wait an additional 45 minutes to register & wait to board the helicopter. & I thought we’d be in the helicopter by ourselves with champagne before & get to take pictures in front of the helicopter. It was a rushed experience. I guess that’s what you pay for. customer service was rude. They forgot our names twice. The photos were overcharged. The photographer accidentally printed the wrong photo, but she refused to just give it to us or even discount the photo. They were going to use it as promotion for their company rather than give it to our birthday party. I like To believe a little kindness goes a long way. The actual helicopter flight was the best part. If I could give the pilot five stars I would. Ultimately, too much waiting & sub par customer service.

Thank you for your feedback. Per reservation notes, we attempted to contact you with a time update from 7:00PM to 7:30 PM. Unfortunately due to international call service, the message may not have been received on your end. We note that your Physical check in was at 7:57 PM. Your flight departed at 8:36 PM and landed at 8:46. Private flights are available and may be more to suitable to your liking. We recommend that passengers read the Viator tour description and important information to ensure your expectations are met as the flight you booked is not private nor is champagne offered on the tour your selected.

Even though this was literally about 10 mins…it was so cool to do wish I could upload video. We had headsets on and when we took them off you could hear all the noise but not while on. Just try it I went at night and it was soo cool to see all the lights over the city.
