Be cautious when using this private transfer company. Very misleading! I signed up for transportation from a Vegas hotel to the airport. On the reservation, I clearly noted that I needed transportation for 6 people and luggage. The pictures show a small minibus which would have been ideal. What showed up at the hotel was an older model Ford Expedition. It looked nice on the outside but the interior was not the best. The issue is that it does not seat 6 passengers, the driver, and luggage. Two people had to squeeze in the back seat. As there was not enough room for luggage, I carried 2 rollerboard carryons and duffle bag on my lap. I would have canceled the service but had to get to the airport on time. Again, the picture on the website shows a minibus but that is not what you get. Unfortunately, Viator said there is nothing they can do in terms of a partial refund as the company is a third party. Viator should vet the companies they use a bit closer before utilizing their services. Have had great experiences with Viator in the past but not this time.
