My experience was on April 17, 2021: I purchased 5 tickets through Groupon for the Nightclub Crawl through Nocturnal Tours in Las Vegas. The Nightlife Tour which included; Entry into 4 nightclubs, drink specials, all you can drink on the bus & A VIP host. Please note, that I do understand that due to the pandemic there are some clubs that may not have opened their doors for business, but if this is the case YOU DO NOT ADVERTISE THAT THIS IS THE SERVICE YOU ARE OFFERING WITHOUT VERIFYING IF THE CLUBS INCLUDED IN YOUR OFFER ARE OPEN! This was the first time, I traveled with family to Las Vegas so we were looking for an event we could enjoy together. I am not sure who these people are that are raving about their great experience with Nocturnal Tours, but my experience was drastically different, so to the consumer that spends money with this company, BUYER BEWARE! The day of our tour started off with an urgent text message "There has been some issues with accessing clubs due to the pandemic and that our meeting time had been changed from 8:30 to 9:30 to include a change to the meeting location that was a old Las Vegas gambling dive "Ellis Island. " This place was so penetrated with smoke that your clothes were ruined just walking through the place and they have the nerve to outline a "strict dress code compliance. " We arrive to meet people @ the door directing us.....no complimentary drinks, while you waited in this place. We were then escorted to board a very nice bus party bus in which the driver advised that his bus was new and there was no smoking on his bus and that if you got sick on his bus you would be charged to clean it. For our "all you can drink" on the bus, out came from a paper sack a gallon of Absolut Vodka and Walmart fruit juices. The young lady pouring the drinks was hospitable as well as the male tour guide, they had no control over this RUDE driver which should never be involved in the hospitality industry and if he is the driver of their bus, that is all he should be allowed to do. We are now moving down the strip, music is playing and the Absolut is being passed out in plastic cups.....We are arrive at the first stop and it is announced that this is the ONLY club that we will be going to and that if you decide to get off and go into the club you will be left! After receiving this shocking news in comparison to what was advertised, we were advised that if you get off the bus and go into the club for any reason you will be left and that they were on the way back to our pick up location to drop us off. The 5 nightclub crawl has now been reduced to NO NIGHTCLUB but just a drive in the party bus down the strip and back to our pick up location. Oh, and then, we had some passengers that needed to go to the restroom in which the bus driver loudly declared that he was getting ready to leave them. In summary, Meeting up @ 9:30 and we were back and I was in my bed by 11:30. We waited longer for the UBER than we did for this entire event. NOCTURNAL TOURS IS A RIP OFF AND I WASTED $35.00 FOR 5 GUEST and I ended up apologizing to them for selecting THIS HORRIBLE ENTERTAINMENT EXPERIENCE!

Though there were areas for improvement, my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our tour guide Alyssa, and her colleagues were nothing short of amazing and welcoming. Truly genuine and warm people, who kept us together, organized and occupied from start to finish. For my 25th birthday, it was something I’ll never forget. The only thing I do not like, is the partnerships with these high end clubs who won’t honor the discounted specials that were advertised within the package. My money was not of concern, it is just the agreement that we all thought was clear, was not honored. To be told one thing, and to find out another in the midst of a loud club, is not ideal. Very embarrassing when you may not have prepared for that. It’s definitely a turn off, and I think Nocturnal Tours should consider being in bed with better partners. Also, even for the most elite, who the hell is dumb enough to pay for these $27+ drinks? That’s more than the entire BOTTLE of rail liquor you are using to make them. Maybe I am just not into being bamboozled, but overall it was great as a whole. Lastly, the “open bar” on the bus, should be worded better. It was more like, “complimentary rail vodka drink” per ride. I just like honest marketing, that’s all. Again, thank you for the experience and I look forward to doing it again in the future. For future goers, REST beforehand because it’s a lot for one night for sure.

Without a doubt the Nocturnal Tours private club crawl was off the hook fun! It was my cousins bachelorette party so we decided to get a private tour for the 15 of us, our host Ayesha was amazing, it was extremely organized, timely and the clubs were great! The party bus was incredible, we skipped the lines and didn’t have to pay a cover charge. I Highly recommend this tour!
