What To Expect

Laura: Louisiana's Creole Heritage Site

Once arriving at tour site all travelers will spend approximately two hours. Laura Plantation is a one hour and ten minute guided tour of the mansion. Travelers will also have a self guided tour of the grounds a viewing slave cabins. Also you can explore the gift shop and grab a quick snack before departure

Crescent City Tours is amazing! We had so much fun with Brian on the way to and from the Laura Plantation. He took time to show us sites along the way and was a perfect southern gentleman. We will definitely book with them the next time we visit the city.

This was absolutely my favorite tour in New Orleans. Walking through the house is like walking back in time. The grounds are beautiful and so much history! The tour guide was very good and very informative! Walking into the slave cabins was a sobering experience. I would recommend this without a doubt!!

Due to a rain storm and a lady falling our tour was very short for the price. The tour guide attended to the lady that fell. Group was left to entertain theirselves in the museum which one could tour on their own. No refund or discount was offered.

Had I been aware of your disappointment I would have certainly tried to address and accommodate you for those issues. Crescent city tours is a separate entity from the site where the tour is taken. We provide the means of transportation to the tour. As a company we have never received anything less than five stars. Unfortunately all of your complaints were beyond my control. But if there is anything that I can do in the future to make this up to you please do not hesitate to reach out. As a courtesy if you ever come to New Orleans again We will provide free transportation for you and your party from the airport to the hotel. And again you have our deepest apologies.
