Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Minimum numbers apply. There must be 2 participants for each activity. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough participants to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund

Surfing is a naturally socially distant sport and we have had no Covid cases associated with any of our instructors or clients since the onset. We have helped hundreds of clients learn to surf in that time and are very careful to keep appropriate space along with equipment sanitized.

I had a 2 hour surf lesson with Thomas yesterday and it was worth every penny! I took one previous lesson last summer and this was a completely different, and much more rewarding, experience. Thomas was very engaged throughout the lesson and seemed genuinely interested in making sure i go the most out of it. I plan to continue lessons with Thomas and would highly recommend iSurf to anyone who is interested in learning to surf or developing their skills further.

We reached out to iSurf as our plane landed in SBA and after a 5 minute Uber ride the girls were in a surf lesson in the Pacific Ocean. Thomas was a one-man mobile surf school on the spot. He made it happen. Before our trip we reached out to the other surf schools but they could not accommodate our time constraints. We didn't think surfing was possible on this trip. So glad iSurf was flexible and committed. Only good vibes:) Highly recommend.

Thomas was very accommodating to get us in after an already long and fully booked day. We really appreciated that the lesson was tailored to where we are and focused on tips for making the paddle out easier and some of the mental stuff that had created some habits that weren’t serving us well. He communicated some of those things in a way that was funny and also made a lot of sense. Interestingly, some of those things came from other lessons that we took forward that didn’t really make sense, but were hammered in. We aren’t beginners, so we appreciated his assessment skills a lot! We are looking forward to another day of surfing with them today and to go e-foiling on Sunday! Honestly, the idea of doing that is probably what made us stay in Santa Barbara for the whole weekend on our road trip. The last thing I want to say is that the wet suits they provided were super warm. I almost didn’t want to go because I worried about getting cold. But their wet suits made the experience completely warm and wonderful! Looking forward fo making more memories with the iSurf Community!
