It is rather small and they let in too many visitors. Very cramped in there. If you still wants to go, suggest to buy ticket ahead online and booked for the earliest time to enter to try to avoid the noon crowd.

We came to Ohio from Michigan and visited many places, one of which was Legoland. During our visit their was a fire alarm in the mall that is attached so we had to evacuate. The staff did an amazing job getting everyone out, kept us informed and got us back in as soon as they had the all clear. Unfortunately the rides and movie did not work. Kids still had a blast and they offered comp tickets to come back again. Even though they really didn't have to, being that we live in Michigan and wouldn't be staying long enough to come back, they contacted the Michigan office and got us comp tickets for the Legoland close to where we live. This is some extremely good costumer service we would recommend coming and enjoying yourself. Even without the rides and movie our girls had tons if fun!!!

Buy your tickets in advance. Go as soon as they open. It gets crowded quickly. Go on a weekday. By the time your child is about 10, they are too old for this place. Boys ages 5 & 8 had a great time.
