Then take an elevator to the LEGO Factory for a virtual tour of the actual factory in Denmark. After learning how LEGO bricks are made and playing a game, hop on a chariot at the Kingdom Quest Laser Rider. Use your laser to zap skeletons and ogres so you can rescue a princess. Make you way to Miniland, where you’ll find iconic, local attractions made out of LEGO. Next, check out the DUPLO Farm, where little tikes can go to work, or enjoy the play kitchen and living room karaoke at Olivia’s house, based on LEGO Friends. In the LEGO Fire Academy and LEGO Construction Site play zones, young ones can climb to the top of walls and go down the slide, or build with giant soft LEGO bricks. Don’t miss pedaling magic bikes at Merlin’s Apprentice! Get in the fast lane to construct and test race cars at LEGO Racers, where you can go head-to-head against the clock, or try your hand at building the tallest tower to withstand an earthquake at the Earthquake Tables. Kids can also learn more building tips and tricks by attending a class in the Master Builder Academy, where expert instructors take them through a Minibuild. You can take home your creations for an additional fee. When the family is ready for a break, see special effects at the 4D cinema where 15-minute movies play throughout the day. Or head to the cafe for sandwiches and snacks (own expense), and stop by the gift shop on your way out for that perfect LEGO set. I have been to LegoLand the Michigan Center twice before and my experience was wonderful. How ever today when I brought my best friend and our daughters the experience left a sour taste in my mouth and I'm quite sure my friend will not be back. We initially tried to purchase the online saver discount. We had tried it for 3 days (Thursday 12/26/19, Friday 12/27/19 & today) The cart amount did not add up to the discount. After trying to reach out to someone both on the corporate level and in tore and being unsuccessful. We decided to just head up to the location and get the discount at the counter. When the associate Wade (who was very polite) brought the female manager over, She was very dismissive of our issue. She stated that on blackout dates (which is not listed on the website and during peak season, the discount did not apply (which is also not on the website). The manager walked away with not so much as am apology. Having waited for a manager to address us for nearly 10 minutes and deciding not disappoint our children, we decided to purchase the tickets at regular price (cutting into the funding we set aside for our girls to support your business and buy souvenirs). However the line had gotten considerably longer. We waited and additional 10 minutes and still were not serviced. Not wanting to upset any other patrons, we waited off to the side. At that time we asked for another manager. Finally a male manager came out. We asked him about the discount hoping maybe he would at least listen to us but he was also very unhelpful basically same thing the previous had said with no intention of honoring the advertisement on the LegoLand website. We finally bought our tickets and the experience only went downhill after that. There was no attendant to take our picture like before. We got into the first interaction room and it was crowded and no one knew what was going on. My daughter was looking forward to showing her friend all the the features on the avatar/lego maker but sadly could not. Once we got inside, I wanted to purchase tickets for the VR attraction and bought tickets at the cafe counter. After running my card, He stated that he might have to refund me my money as he wasn't sure if there was anyone there to run the ride. After getting verbal confirmation from management via radio that no one could run it for us, Caleb came and stated he could do it. We wiped our daughter's tears (and yes there were tears) and proceeded to the ride. I am beyond disappointed in the quality of your Auburn Hills MI location. The service was rude, unprofessional, unorganized and dishonest. I want someone to know that our day and mood were severely dampened and I will be spreading the word.

It isn't very big but there is a lot to do. I was excited about all of the activities that were included on the ticket. We liked the interactive rides, massive play structure, several master builder theme stations and the 4D Ninjago movie. It is expensive for the amount of time that we spent there but the annual passes looked well worth it. Next time we will add Sea Life Aquarium to our day.
