Lemp Haunted Neighborhood Walking Tour

Overview

Join the St. Louis Paranormal Research Society and take a walk through one of "America's Most Haunted Neighborhoods." Join Dr. Mark Farley, an actual paranormal investigator, as he shares the lesser-known history of the Lemp Mansion and Brewery.

Our tour includes:
>You will learn the haunted history of the cursed Lemp Family.
>The Forgotten History of the Lemp Neighborhood
>You will also visit 2 of the creepiest basements in the Lemp Brewery and learn of the horrific events that happened within its dark and secluded spaces.

Tours depart on time. As a courtesy to our other guests, we will not delay the start of the tour. We suggest you arrive 15 minutes before start time.

If you are taking an Uber from downtown, please allow for additional time. Uber is notoriously slow to pick up guests from Downtown St. Louis!

You will also be required to sign a liability waiver before the start of the tour.

This walking tour was fun enough. Interesting facts and details about the buildings. Not scary. I also have to agree with another review that talks about "the story of the lady who left a bad review." It added an extra 30 minutes to the tour. It was unnecessary but I can dig his dedication to his word. All in all, great experience. Not spooky at all.

I take reviews to heart because I try my hardest to give the best tour possible. But when I read a review like this, it's very disheartening because your review exaggerates. The story that you mentioned isn't 30 minutes long. There is no way I would ever dedicate one-third of my 90-minute tour to just one story. The story you mentioned is exactly 2 minutes 45 seconds. As for the tour not being scary, I don't know what you expected. I'm sorry if you expected jump scares. If you did, that's not how I want to give a tour. I tell you some amazing history, some of it horrific, and then put you in the places inside the brewery where it happened. On other tours, you hear the haunted history as you walk past the site. On my tour, you get to listen to the haunted history, see actual evidence, and go inside actual haunted buildings. But thank you for your 4-star review, but after reading it, I felt the need to refute your exaggerations and defend my tour. Sincerely, Dr. Mark Farley

I would highly recommend this tour to anyone. My husband and I really enjoyed it. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and funny. I think he is a good storyteller. And even though I am from St. Louis, I learned things I did not know about the history of the area. He said he also does other tours which I will have to check out. This one, I don't know how it could of been any better....that good.
