Dolphins were spotted. Pleasant captain. Perfect weather. Captain Bill gave a great history of the area complete with pictures.

Supposed to be 3 hours. He cut short after 2 hours because of threatening weather (it never rained btw). 7 people crammed on an 18 ft sailboat; uncomfortable. Also the York river is very boring.

Sorry to disappoint. Mariner safety requires vigilance ahead of thunderstorms. Six guests were spread out along the 32-foot sailboat.

It was a great time on the water with Captain Bill. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday. We got to hear about the Battle of Yorktown from a Naval perspective. The whole family enjoyed themselves.
