Wow and wow Joe; your writing is so endearing it should be on the cover of a travel magazine! The last line of your review says it all and we so appreciate the sweet sentiment. We are thrilled that the tour was so good as to have you wanting to add a culinary tour on every trip! And we know the woman behind all this inspiration was the effervescent Gina. Gina just pops with joy and her knowledge knows no bounds. Her many years in the tourism industry has honed her to be one of the finest guides in Miami. Her stories are well crafted and most of all she treats her guests like family. We are so glad you were in her care. Do come back and see us again soon.

I loved the entire thing! My boyfriend said that this was his favorite thing that we did. We stayed in South Beach & our tour guide Mirka gave every single person multiple recommendations based on where they were staying. She knows the area very well, from Little Havana to Miami to Wynwood to the entirety of Miami Beach. These were small businesses with authentic products, most made by hand. It was very interesting to see the art, skill & hard work that goes into everything here in Little Havana. I have never had Cuban food or really known much about the culture at all. Everything we tried was AMAZING & there were other substitutions made to accommodate people with food allergies/dislikes, but I had everything as is. I was very full by the end of the tour & even had some to take home. There is art EVERYWHERE! I loved walking up & down the streets admiring it all. It is a walking tour. Wear comfortable shoes, a hat or sunblock if youā€™re sensitive to the sun. Bring an empty stomach. Also donā€™t forget to confirm your appointment! I emailed them literally on my way that morning because I had forgot & they emailed me right back before I got there. Be on time & maybe give yourself a few extra minutes to find the meet up location.

We gotta sit down Amber as this review is leaving us breathless. Wow, we are so impressed that you not only recalled every aspect of your tour, but that you graciously lended advice to our potential future guests- you are a true sweetheart! We cannot tell you how much we enjoyed reading this account of your time in Little Havana and we are over the moon that the day was so very memorable. Making memories is Mirkaā€™s specialty. She is a crowning jewel and knows the neighbor and greater Miami like the back of her hand. But most of all she cares for her guests like family. We are thrilled the entire day will be part of your memory for a long time! We will have art, food, history and plenty of culture ready for you upon your return.
