Tour guide Jeremy was very kind and accommodating, but lots of questions from the group were left unanswered. Lack of knowledge on the culture/history bits of the tour. Jeremy's microphone wasn't working and it got difficult on many occasions to hear and understand what he was saying when in the middle of a busy street. Finally, when a food item is not available due to allergies, it'd be great to find an alternative or replacement item, whatever it is, to ensure these folks aren't let down or feeling robbed for paying full price.
