Unprofessional tour organizer! The worst experience I have ever had! They are overcharging you! The whole tour is walking in the street and they charge $150 for that! Do not use Viator for reservation. You can find much better tours/prices without using this website!

Your first lie is that our tour is $150.00. Our Tour is not $150.00... And You didn't feel that way when you left with Free Cuban Master Roller Cigars and Free Cuban Pastries and Free Cuban Hamburgers, and Free Cuban Sandwiches. Free Cuban Coffee and Free Cuban Mojito Drinks and Free Homemade Cuban Ice Cream and had free entrance to Cuban Art Galleries, Cuban Museums and Cuban Cigar Factories, Cuban Performing Arts Center, (etc) that no other Little Havana Tour goes to. And would have had a hard time to find as these places are hidden gems. You chose the Day Version of our Little Havana Tour. Thats why we walk from Business to Business. Our Night version is the Nightlife Hot Spots with very limited amount of stops. With Classic Cuban Dinner dish and Mojito Drinks included. The Tour you went on is not our Little Havana Nights Tour. It is the Day Version. And you are the only one who rated us less than 5 stars. We work very hard to bring the very best Little Havana Tour as we are the only Cuban Owned and Cuban Hosted Little Havana Tour. Which adds Real True Authenticity. We are much more passionate about sharing our Culture which is why we are so dedicated. And we welcome anyone who wants to come on their own and walk around the neighborhood. All my friends own the Restaurants, Art Galleries, Museums, Gift shops, etc. Please spend money and help our community and mom and pop shops. We are all Cuban and there is no Corporate companies here except for the other Little Havana Tours that are not Solely dedicated to Little Havana (Like we are) but they have dozens of food tours outside of the Little Havana Area and are not Cuban Owned. I'd like to add that Viator is the number one Tour and experiences website worldwide. Everybody knows that. We feel saddened if you really had a bad time, but please stop spreading misinformation to slander good companies. You started with a lie that our tour is $150.00. Our tour is not $150.00

Our tour guide, Angel was very knowledgeable and knew so much of the culture that it we felt like we had a mini tour of Cuba. He knows great spots for dinner, dessert, coffee and great entertainment. More than a tour guide, his company was very friendly and we had a great conversation through out the tour. Thank you for the great service!
