Alana was our tour guide and she was friendly, accomodating and all the information she shared was useful. The tour was smooth. She pointed all the best spots, where to go, to eat, washrooms, etc.

sammy was awful. he wasn’t very informative, was twenty minutes late. he made several illegal stops, got in trouble with a cop at santa monica pier for parking, parked on the curb in the hills and it was illegal. had everyone honking at us, and was just saying how rude they were being for honking. told us we were going to go to the observatory, but it was closed for a concert that they should’ve known was happening. and don’t listen when they say you’re going to the hollywood sign, you see it from a random road on the opposite side of the hollywood bowl, where the high end houses are. we got no where near the sign. overall, seven hours with him was awful.
