The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag per person (additional luggage 15 USD). Oversize or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions. Please contact the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
Child seats are not provided in the vehicles. We can arrange infant and child seats for an additional charge of 17 USD per day or you must bring your own car seat for infant. We will not drive without infant seat as it's not safe and against the law in California.
Please provide us with your email and cell phone number after the booking. So we can arrange everything for your pick up at LAX.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

I had to call and cancel the pick up because the driver never arrived and I had to get another taxi at that time in the morning. I was 2 tours at the airport. Your service is very bad.

We are very sorry about your experience. We have waited 1.5 hours after landing for you. If we are not able to get hold of you at the phone number you provide. We will have to leave. We provide luxurious ground transportation 24/7 but you have to have a working phone to bock this transfer.

We had no confirmation where we was to be picked up and coming out of LAX airport is so busy so it would of certainly helped if you could say where pick up is instead of sending a message saying kerb side that could of been anywhere . so we ended up getting alternative transport which was a lot cheaper .

We are sorry to hear that. All of our chauffeur wait inside the terminal. Maybe you mistaken us for a different company. We only offer curb side pick up if you request it. We wait for all our guest 90 minutes after the plan landes and will contact you to see if you need like us to wait longer. We are available 24/7 at the phone number provide on the voucher. All of our Vehicles are late model and we provide luxurious ground transportation at all times. Again we are very sorry for the experience. And wish you would have contacted us.

Terrible, beware other travelers, they ripped us off and charged us anothe $80usd!!! Will never use them again!
