TCL Chinese Theatres

Here we can put our hands and feet into the grooves of the concrete still warmed by the sun’s constant presence. Here we can bring ourselves into the past and for a split second imagine ourselves as being famous enough to have our names and prints immortalized. Here we can see the spirits of fame long gone.

Madame Tussauds Hollywood

What is it that draws us to wax museums? The chance to be closer to the celebrities we idolize? Or is it for the uncanny moment of seeing something so lifelike and yet completely artificial? No matter the answer, there’s no denying that spending time in a wax museum is quite honestly terrifying. Especially when they’re as detailed and lifelike as Madame Tussaud’s. And though it’s barely been more than a decade, it hasn’t stopped any spectral entities from making it a home.

Pantages Theatre

At the Pantages Theatre, our guides will fill your evening with tales of meltdowns, the boundaries pushed by early filmmakers, and discern whether or not you believe Howard Hughes remains in the theatre to this day, watching over its visitors.

It was fun and learned a few new facts. It would have been nice to learn more history behind the stories. Overall it was very walkable and had the opportunity to take a few great photos
