Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Please be sure to arrive 45 minutes prior to the tour time. This is to give you enough time to locate the activity site and complete the check in process before tour departure, 30 minutes later. Walking tour portion is approximately 60 minutes. All tour must depart on time, and late arrivals are subject to no refund.
All guests must be able to walk unassisted on uneven surfaces and elevation changes i.e., steep incline/decline
No bags and backpacks of ANY kind inside the canyon, please leave those in your vehicle.
No camera equipment (tripods, monopods, selfie-sticks, camera bags) inside the canyon, please those in your vehicle.
Antelope Canyon does not allow: HIKING STICKS, CANES, WALKERS, OR WHEELCHAIRS.
No umbrellas, open-toed shoes, sandals or high heels (proper clothing required).
No Strollers, Wheel based devices such as wheelchairs, and Canes are permitted.
Infants (ages 0-3) REQUIRES a ticket to participate. If your child cannot walk during the tour, it is required that you carry your child in a front chest carrier or a back pack carrier.
Pets and Service Animals are not allowed.
No drones, GoPros or camcorders inside the canyon, please those in your vehicle.

What To Expect

Lower Antelope Canyon

Arrive at the check-in site, giving time for our guest to park their vehicles, and leave anything they do not need or allowed on the guided tour there. Then complete their final check-in process with the local Navajo Indian guides at the tour building and be ready to depart on the tour once their group's turn to enter is called.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Excellent views and an amazing tour!! Our guide Justin was exceptional, and was well versed on the Navajo culture. Steps up and narrow passage could be challenging for the elderly, like me, or larger people. Viator and the your operators provided VERY confusing information. It appears that viator contracts with a company that does not actually operate the tour. So texts, emails, signage, etc were hard to follow. Much more in depth details should be provided. Right now I would definitely tell people to see lower antelope canyon, but I would be hesitant to recommend viator.

Our guide Salena was amazing! Very knowledgeable and took some amazing photos of our family in the canyon. The tour was on time and not rushed. Highly recommend!
