We had a wonderful and impressive tour of the Lower Antelope Canyon with Nadine (Ken‘s Tour). She was an amazing tour guide and we couldn‘t be happier with her. She explained us a lot about the canyon and helped us taking some stunning pictures. She set the perfect program for pictures at our cameras and phones and took spectacular family pictures of us. She was the perfect guide. Thank you Nadine for the amazing time at the Antelope Canyon 😊

Tour company charges us for peak season as our original tour was 10:30, but changed our reservation to 7am without our approval and would not refund us. Absolutely terrible customer service over the phone, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The place was awesome, the guide inside is remarkable but the Kens manager have the worst attitude and service, I was little late to my appointment I was travel from Nevada and I suppose to be for the tour at 4:30pm I was lost for the place and the manager call me to told me that if I'm not in time there is no money back, he was very mad with my "lost way" because he told me that there is to much people who wanted our tickets. Any way I was there at 4 20pm he charge me 50%more for all my family cost for rescheduling at 5pm. Tour, I'm very disappointed with that service, I recommend to use the other company, Dixie looks better
