Tour Departure Point: Lower Antelope Canyon Indn Route 222 Page, AZ, 86040 Antelope Canyon Tours departs every 1/2 hour a quarter after and a quarter till the hour, the tour is a 1.5 hours waling tour and climbing down some ladders is involved. Please wear comfortable shoes for this 600 meter trip. Lower Antelope Canyon Tours has smaller group sizes and the guide stays with you during the entire tour, sharing information about the geology, history, and Navajo Traditional ways. The Lower Antelope Canyon tends to be less crowded than the Upper Antelope Canyon and is preferred by many because of its narrow canyon walls and ladders that take you to the levels that have been carved by flash floods from the upper mesas. The sandstone walls are exquisitely formed, and the Lower Antelope Canyon offers a longer canyon exploration.

First of all, the check in guy said we can take out masks off for photos but we should be a bit far from people. The guide told us we canā€™t do that. Later we realized he wanted a tip from us. But we already paid for ticket why should we pay more?! Secondly, the guide didnā€™t allow us to take photos where we wanted it, saying there would be better locations, but there wasn't. Thirdly, he was always telling us not interesting stories at all. We were so disappointed. We drove to the location around 2 days to walk in canyon in masks, without at least one good photo. Not worth it. NOT GOING WITH DOMINIC!!! HE IS THE WORST!!!! Our experience was ruined by him!

Our tour guide Tony led us through a tour of the Lower Antelope Canyon which was both excellent and memorable. This tour was outstanding and Tony showed us facets of the Canyon and Navajo culture that we never realized before. His knowledge and photography skills were excellent, and he is a worthy representative of the Navajo Nation. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone who visits Antelope Canyon!! I should also mention that we had originally scheduled this tour for the previous day but the unexpected sudden rain showers forced this tour company to cancel the tour 18 hours in advance with a full refund. We were fortunate enough to be able to easily re-book online the same tour at an earlier time for the following day and are so glad we did !!!

This slot canyon is breathtaking. Our guide Tony was fabulous. Helped our group maneuver through and was extremely patient. Very informative and advised on best areas and also how to use filters on iphones to take best shots. Took group pictures for us. Awesome experience. Thank you Tony
