What To Expect

Lower Antelope Canyon

Tour Departure Point: Lower Antelope Canyon Indn Route 222 Page, AZ, 86040 Antelope Canyon Tours departs every 1/2 hour a quarter after and a quarter till the hour, the tour is a 1.5 hours waling tour and climbing down some ladders is involved. Please wear comfortable shoes for this 600 meter trip. Lower Antelope Canyon Tours has smaller group sizes and the guide stays with you during the entire tour, sharing information about the geology, history, and Navajo Traditional ways. The Lower Antelope Canyon tends to be less crowded than the Upper Antelope Canyon and is preferred by many because of its narrow canyon walls and ladders that take you to the levels that have been carved by flash floods from the upper mesas. The sandstone walls are exquisitely formed, and the Lower Antelope Canyon offers a longer canyon exploration.

My family really enjoyed the tour. The landscape is so beautiful and once down in the slot canyon, it felt as if you were in another planet. Tour was well organised, pace was good. We managed to take several hundred pictures and all turned out great. Big Thank you to our guide who was very knowledgeable and shared many stories and information with us.

Our guide was terrible. She rushed us through the tour. All she said was move quickly. It was very crowded inside and we couldn’t see anything clearly because of the guide. She doesn’t deserve any tips. She was complaining with other guides about how tired she was. Too expensive regarding the service. 비싸고 캐시만 받아요 일찍 예약해서 싸고 투어 더 잘해주는 곳 가세요!

Our guide Tiana was awesome, such a friendly person with a smile on her face all through the tour. She had lots of information to share about the canyon, history of the reserve and native people. She offered to take pictures of our family in the right spots and suggested angles to shoot beautiful pictures.. Both our kids 8 and 11 enjoyed every bit of her story and quietly followed her. It was worth every penny and the effort we put in through this snowstorm.
