Lower Antelope Canyon Tour Ticket

Overview
Lower Antelope Canyon is one the most exquisitely photographed attractions in the Page Lake Powell area. Many visitors prefer the Lower Antelope Canyon to the Upper because it is less crowded, has light throughout, is longer, and offers great variety. Visitors get the experience narrow slots an ladder access into some of the sandstone craved shoots an holes formed by the force of runoff into the Antelope Wash from the mesas above.

Tour Departure Point: Lower Antelope Canyon Indn Route 222 Page, AZ, 86040 Antelope Canyon Tours departs every 1/2 hour a quarter after and a quarter till the hour, the tour is a 1.5 hours waling tour and climbing down some ladders is involved. Please wear comfortable shoes for this 600 meter trip. Lower Antelope Canyon Tours has smaller group sizes and the guide stays with you during the entire tour, sharing information about the geology, history, and Navajo Traditional ways. The Lower Antelope Canyon tends to be less crowded than the Upper Antelope Canyon and is preferred by many because of its narrow canyon walls and ladders that take you to the levels that have been carved by flash floods from the upper mesas. The sandstone walls are exquisitely formed, and the Lower Antelope Canyon offers a longer canyon exploration.

Canyon was beautiful. I wouldnā€™t bother paying more for the midday light coming in unless you have a really good camera to capture it. We went peak Season so 100 people in at the same time but you have 1 guide per 10 people. We moved through with enough time to take heaps of photos with the help from our guide showing us where the best photos are.

My friend and I visited Antelope Canyon expecting what the internet was saying- overcrowded, difficult to photograph, not enough time etc and boy were we shocked to not experience any of this. It was crowded at the meeting areas for the group's, yes, but that's about it. The tour guide we had was full of knowledge and was also a lot of fun on the trip. We had plenty of time to take photos in each spot and our guide would help us with settings/shots when needed or whenever he suggested something which was great. It wasn't crowded for us at all, there was so much space between tour groups that we didnt feel rushed at all and I even had time for setting changes on my camera the whole way through, getting all the great I wanted. Would highly reccomend!

It was an amazing experience, thanks to our guide Eder that helped us in enjoying the tour and the wonderful of nature. It has been unpleasant to have been obliged to pay the tip to redeem the vouchers.
