Perhaps my boyfriend and I was not lucky enough to get an amicable tour guide. Based on the positive reviews here, we were excited to fly all the way from Atlanta to Arizona to see the infamous Antelope Canyon. However, our experience was a disappointment. The whole trip felt rushed. The description said that we would be there for an hour but it was more like 30 minutes of trying to take as many pictures and enjoying the scenery before our tour guide Sony comes back and rush us to keep up with the group, and he did not do it in a nice way either. Though knowledgable, Sony seems to not love his job. He has no enthusiasm of being there and looked bothered whenever someone ask him simple question. He was especially irritated at my boyfriend and I whenever we were a bit behind the group. He kept coming to us and tell us to hurry up while he happily helped everyone else in the group took pictures, not fussing at them or being rude towards them like he was with us. I'm not sure what he had against us, but we did not feel welcome by him. There was a lot of attitude going on. We didn't go off track. We didn't act out of control. We didn't cause trouble to anyone. Honestly, this has to be one of my worst experience with a tour guide. I've traveled alot and have used Trip Advisor to book many tours. I usually do not like to write any negative reviews, especially towards an individual but we are still very upset about the experience, just to spend $180 and being mistreated and rushed. I don't remember much of the experience but whenever I think about Antelope Canyon, I will remember how Sony did not make it great for us.

A must see! Unbelievable! Itā€™s spectacular and crazy to see how the slots can change every year after the rainy season.
