Lower Antelope Canyon

Please wear comfortable shoes for this 600 meter trip. Lower Antelope Canyon Tours has smaller group sizes and the guide stays with you during the entire tour, sharing information about the geology, history, and Navajo Traditional ways. The Lower Antelope Canyon tends to be less crowded than the Upper Antelope Canyon and is preferred by many because of its narrow canyon walls and ladders that take you to the levels that have been carved by flash floods from the upper mesas. The sandstone walls are exquisitely formed, and the Lower Antelope Canyon offers a longer canyon exploration.

Have to wear a mask, outside! More germs on the railing we used just like 4 million other people did than anywhere else and yet we were asked to wear a mask in 100 degree weather outside. Super annoying.

We were able to visit the Lower canyon after buying the tickets for the second time during the same day. Viator refused to exchanged my tickets or gave my money back. The only way to see the canyon was to pay again. Extremely unconsidered.

Our tour guide Anthony was amazing. Took the best pictures, nice, and looked out for us. The entire experience was amazing. Just make sure to take water and take your time if you are not use to the heat. Also, the ladder is a little steep but very doable. You do not need to be athletic but able to be in small places.
