Our guide/encyclopedia of history of this area was amazing. She made every lower Manhattan landmark, from the obscure to the most popular, something for us to look at in a whole new way. We walked away knowing the why, the what, the how, the when and the all the obscure info you could ever need to know. It was great. I would recommend Metro Tours to anyone visiting New York. Thanks for tour! Joshua Gorman Kansas City

I learned so much about New York on this Metro Tour. Jihye was enthusiastic, flexible, and a good communicator. She was an insightful history major at Columbia, a lifelong NYC resident, and she welcomed our questions. I especially enjoyed seeing the statue “Fearless Girl”. I saw Federal Hall (the birthplace of democracy), South Street Seaport, the 9-11 Memorial, Fort Clinton, and the Statue of Liberty and more. I would never have managed to see so much on my own.

Very educational tour of lower Manhattan or old NYC. Tour guide Jihae Simpkins was well versed in amazing tidbits of New York history. Wall Street had a real wall! Who knew?! Highly recommend Jihae and this tour.
