From our home in northeastern Ohio, the museum was a relatively short drive to Jamestown, a small city bordering the southern shore of Lake Chataqua. Having grown up with the television show, the displays provided plenty of nostalgia and some interesting background on the pair. If you are a veteran, the admission is reduced for both you and you spouse.

The tour of the museum was quite interesting and entertaining, To say there was not enough information would be ludicrous. Everything from her infancy to her final days was covered at the museum. The only drawback is that the second half of the museum is located in another building two doors down from the first. Also the souvenir shop needs classier and better quality items for people to purchase. .

Being a lifelong Lucy fan this museum was a walk down Memory Lane. The museum staff did a great job assembling memorable personal items as well as giving the visitor an entertaining timeline of Lucy and Desi’s Professional careers. Definitely worth the visit.
