I wish I could give them 0 star. Our hotel agent booked a reservation for dinner cruise with this company. When we arrived in the afternoon, they told us our reservation was actually put on the morning on their system. They called to reconfirm the time with us the day before our reservation, but we didn’t answer it.(we were on the other island and no signal.) So we lost our spot for the dinner cruise. Even we have the voucher with the time on it, we still need to reconfirm. (They said like its our fault)They said it is the hotel’s responsibility and the voucher is provided by the hotel, they aBut the hotel agent made this reservation with them in front of me, I clearly heard he said it was dinner cruise to this company. And they said the only thing they can do is reschedule another reservation for another day. We drove 2 hours from our hotel and wasted a whole day in Hawaii. A bloody lesson, STAY AWAY! THIS COMPANY AUTHORIZES HOTELS TO MAKE VOUCHERS TO THE CUSTOMERS. THEY JUST PASS THE BUCK TO HOTELS WHEN SOMETHING WRONG HAPPEN TO HOTELS .VERY SUPER IRRESPONSIBLE .

Had a great time on the catamaran with Captain Kauai and crew. It was an adventure. He got a lot closer to the Nepali coast and then when we started seeing whales we went to whale watching. I have been on several snorkeling and sailing tours and this was by far the best. Crew was great. This is one I would not miss. And I would go with Kauai Sea Tours.

We went on the 4 hour sunset Na Pali coast cruise. Due to weather we weren't able to go west to the Na Pali coast but went the other directions. It was amazing! The crew was very friendly and attentive. Captain Kauai was very knowledgeable with the area and history. We saw turtles, a huge school of spinning dolphins and a whale! The drinks were good and generous. I found the food to be unappetizing. It looked like reheated chicken from the earlier cruise. We did not get wet, which was good. My advice, dress casual, take a warm sweatshirt, and an awesome camera!
