The crew and scenery were fantastic, but food and drink mediocre...ran out or white wine, and buffet was limited.

We booked 11/22/2017 Na Pali Sightsee Sunset Dinner Cruise on 11/21/2017. During booking, I specifically asked lady on the phone "if the boat goes to Na Pali or not". She gave me a solid "yes". But just before depature for the tour, the captain told us that the boat would not go to Na Pali but opposite direction due to bad weather. At that time, we had to go. Certainly, we did not see anything exciting. Here is my problem with this company: on 11/20/2017, I called other cruise company on Na Pali tour and was told that the tour was canceled for the week due to bad weather. Then it is obviously that Kauai Sea Tours reservation lady did not tell me the truth at the booking as she knew the bad weather as other company did. I felt being cheated.

This was not the dinner cruise we expected we didn't pay attention it was on a catamaran and not a ship, once we got over the fact that all of us were over dressed and barefoot, it actually turned out to be a great time, the crew was super friendly
