This was a great time. Although the seas were quite rough, Captain Greg did an awesome job. And the crew was supper attentive. We saw a pod of 20-30 spinner Dolphins as well as multiple whale sightings. The whales were not much more than spouts, back arches and a few tails.... but very exciting non the less. Plus we saw a rainbow. All added up to an awesome time.

Exciting afternoon on the Lucky Lady. Definitely not a leisure cruise with winter choppy waters. Take your Dramamine on windy days or you will be sorry. Captain Greg and crew did a great job and were attentive to everyone. No cons only pros.

First, the crew were awesome! They were informative, friendly, and kind when people got seasick. Five stars for them, but they don’t control the weather and they will go out in choppy weather. The sun was shining, but it was really windy at times with 10 foot swells. If motion sickness is sometimes a problem for you, take some medication before you need it. I highly recommend quick dry clothing. Even with that, I was pretty uncomfortable by the end of the trip. As for the dinner, they have a tofu stir fry, which sounds vegetarian friendly, but I was told it contained oyster sauce.

The weather is very unpredictable in the winter months. We’re glad you enjoyed the excursion. It’s our understanding the we do not use oyster sauce, but we are for sure looking into that and will be eliminating that possibility. Mahalo
