This serene nighttime adventure provides exclusive access to the villages of the Polynesian Cultural Center after they close to the public and features a controlled and safe water environment is one of a kind! No Waves. No Sharks. No Worries! Guided through a tranquil lagoon by moonlight, you'll be visiting the islands of Samoa, New Zealand, Fiji, Hawaii, Tonga, and Tahiti on a stand-up paddle board or kayak that features colorful LED illumination in the water around you. For approximately 90 minutes your storyteller will share ancient Polynesian culture, legends and lore that will educate, entertain and enchant!

This Lunar Legends tour was so fun! Our group was in contact with Tiare who was very helpful and accommodating in assisting with booking the tour and fitting it into our tight schedule. Even if you aren't in the North Shore area that day, this tour is still worth the drive! My friends and I did the 7:30 PM time slot and arrived early. We were greeted by our guide, Fatu at the gate and he walked us to the dock. He provided us with bug sprays (thank goodness!) and was very thorough in giving us instructions on how the tour will be conducted. Our group had so much fun! Fatu was a great guide and kept us engaged at every point. He was open to questions and mentioned a lot of fun facts in addition to the legends he told. He did a fire dance at the end and we are so appreciative and grateful for the wonderful experience. THANK YOU FOR THE GOOD VIBES FATU! I would do this again when I visit the North Shore area. (:

This was my first time in Hawaii and I can’t explain how great it was to end the vacation with this tour. The scene was beautiful and we were given multiple activities and surprises to keep the tour exciting. Fatu, our guide, did an amazing job with keeping us entertained and very informative about the Hawaiian cultural history. He provided jokes and interactive activities which kept us on our feet. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the islands! Definitely an experience to remember!!

We had a great time! It was the first time kayaking for most of us, but it was easy to pick up and isn’t scary for young kids. We’ll be back!
