Our driver was waiting for us for our 3:30 am pick-up, took care of our luggage, and quickly took us to the airport. The driver was professional and helpful. Perfect for two half-awake travelers!

I booked an airport transfer from Sea-TAC to our hotel in downtown Seattle because I figured things would be hectic arriving at prime time on a summer Friday afternoon. If you’ve never used a car service for transfers from large airports, they are worth it. Seattle SUV is price competitive. Moreover, they went above the measure of above and beyond to get us where we needed to be when things didn’t go as planned at the airport. Our plane landed on time but was held in the hinterlands for 15-20 minutes due to flight congestion. Our driver contacted us as planned and I acknowledged. Once inside, the airport was overrun with people and our airline’s baggage service experienced a major meltdown. As Murphy’s law would allow, ours were among the last bags down the conveyor — an hour after the plane parked at the gate! We were in regular communication with our driver throughout. It was very stressful, but we hung in there and so did Seattle SUV services. Once we got our bags, our driver picked us up promptly and got us to our hotel safely, VERY comfortably and with pleasant demeanor. A tip here — the gratuity is figured into your trip, but don’t hesitate to reward exceptional service with plenty extra! A measure of a firm’s commitment to customers is not always how they do when things go right, but how they do when things go wrong. I can’t give these folks enough gold stars!
