When we landed I texted my driver and called multiple times but no answer so We went to wait where shuttles pick Up. She finally called me and said we had to walk to the other side of the airport with all our luggage. We have kids so it was lots of luggage with stroller and car seat that’s why we chose a SUV. We had to load all our own luggage. I paid for this service instead of Uber which would have been more cost effective for the luxury of having our driver there waiting and not having to load our luggage. We arrived to the cross street our Hotel is on and driver said we had to be dropped off at the corner at 1 am with all our luggage and walk to our hotel because she couldn’t drive onto the one way street. I pointed out that taxis were driving out of street so why couldn’t we. She got very upset and said she could not drive down that street. I also booked this option because my mom is handicapped and cannot walk very far. However that’s all we did while looking for her at the airport and on the streets at midnight with my young children. I had to repack the car seats on the side of the road since instead of being dropped off we were now walking. Everything the website mentioned I would get or how the experience would be , nothing matched the description., very misleading and very dissatisfying. We will never use this option again.

Driver was prompt, great communication as to location of pickup. Driver was very friendly and was able to navigate us around various road blocks due to road closures surrounding the New Years events of 2025. Would highly recommend this company for your travel needs.

This was not the experience we had hoped to receive based on the advertisement. The reception was not what was advertised. No driver waiting with a sign for us. The SUV was not luxury in my opinion. A luxury SUV is a Cadillac or Lincoln, not a Chevy. The driver was clearly sick and didn't speak a word on the trip. Will not book again.
