Was a nice cruise. Couldn’t hear a lot of the recorded narration, but otherwise, enjoyable. The information to arrive 30 minutes prior was strange, in that, when we did that we received our tickets and were told we just needed to be back 10 minutes before 5:00 when the cruise was scheduled. We cut our time at Mackinac Island short because we thought we needed to be at Ugly Anne at 4:30 as it said in our paperwork when we purchased the tickets. Better communication is something to work on.

Thanks for the review and sorry about the narration not being loud enough. We will make sure the volume is up so everyone is able to hear it. As for the arrival time, we have guests show up early so we do not delay departure of the cruise. If everyone came at cruise time obviously we would not be able to check people in and depart on time. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your time in Mackinaw City. Capt Chris

Thanks for the review and am very sorry you had a hard time hearing us while the boat was out on the water. I am a little confused how we were not organized and how you felt rushed during the boat ride in which you are sitting down the entire cruise. I would be interested in hearing more about your concerns. If you have the time feel free to email me at [email protected]. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your vacation. Capt Chris

It was really fun to go under the bridge and watch the cars drive overhead. It would have been nice if the narration was more personalized instead of a recording, and it was hard to hear it, but all in all this was a fun tour and boat excursion. They sell soda and beer onboard which was nice.
